Naturalist, conservationist and acclaimed TV presenter Chris Packham heads an online conference focusing on the Chilterns next month.

Chilterns Champions: Outstanding in their Fields, taking place on Saturday 24 October, brings together expert speakers and volunteers from across the region.

The conference focuses on citizen science (public participation in scientific research) – what’s happening, its significance for everyone in the Chilterns and elsewhere and how you can get involved.

With so many major local, regional, national and international challenges to our world, this promises to be a unique, enlightening and positive event.
